A former UCI Pro Cyclist, UCI bronze medalist, and current USAC Pro Cyclist, my focus is on applying practical and safe coaching to improve a cyclist performance and handling on the bike no matter what level of rider you are. I addition, to coaching elite athletes, my passion is to improve the sport of cycling and promote cycling to juniors and those who want to achieve fitness and personal well-being. I coach riders of all levels and love working with people who want to achieve specific goals
